1. Overview
Vibe Show YouTube Uploader (the “App”) is a personal Google OAuth application operated by VibeShow. It is used only by the owner to manage uploads to the owner's own YouTube channel. The App is not offered for public sign-up and does not access third-party YouTube channels.
This Privacy Policy explains what Google and YouTube data the App accesses, why it is accessed, how it is handled, and the choices available to the account owner.
The App connects only to the owner's YouTube channel, verifies that channel, and uploads owner-selected videos. It does not sell or share Google user data.
2. Data we access
After the owner grants permission through Google's OAuth consent screen, the App accesses only the information and permissions needed for its stated purpose:
- OAuth credentials: access and refresh tokens issued by Google so the App can connect to YouTube without collecting or storing the owner's Google password.
- Read-only channel information: basic channel details, such as channel identity and account association, solely to verify that uploads are being sent to the correct owner-controlled channel.
- Upload information: video files and related metadata selected by the owner, such as titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and visibility settings, for transmission to YouTube.
The App does not use OAuth access to collect information from other Google products or to access unrelated YouTube data.
3. How data is used
The App uses the information above only to:
- authenticate the authorized owner;
- confirm the identity of the destination YouTube channel;
- upload videos and metadata that the owner has selected; and
- maintain the secure connection and troubleshoot upload failures.
Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, credit decisions, or training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored securely in an access-controlled environment and are available only to the owner/operator for the App's operation. Tokens are not placed in public web pages, exposed in client-side code, or used for any purpose other than the functions described in this policy.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect credentials and data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but access is kept to the minimum needed to operate the App.
6. Data retention, deletion, and revocation
OAuth tokens are retained only while the App remains authorized and the connection is needed. When the authorization is no longer needed or the App is discontinued, stored OAuth credentials are deleted.
The owner can revoke the App's access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Select Vibe Show YouTube Uploader, review its access, and choose the option to remove access. Revocation prevents the App from making further authorized requests to the owner's YouTube account.

7. Google API Services compliance
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the App's functionality or legal obligations change. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The App will not use Google user data for a new purpose without updating this policy and obtaining consent where required.
